Online Repeat Prescribing
Patients need to be registered for online services, this is easily done by going to patient.co.uk/access
Other ways of requesting a repeat prescription
- Email email@example.com. Please make sure you include your name, date of birth and all the items you require. Please state in the subject of your email that you are a Hamdon patient.
- Order through the Online Patient Access Service (go to www.patientaccess.com or ask at reception for your pin codes to be printed out)
- Hand in your repeat requests using the collection box in the lobby
If requesting your prescription early please state the reason (e.g. going on holiday). Failure to do so may result in your request being rejected.

Lines are open between 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm Monday to Friday.
Prescriptions can be sent electronically to any nominated pharmacy.
Please note that we cannot accept telephone requests for prescriptions at the surgery – this is to reduce the risk of confusion with your request.
