Joanie is our Medical Secretary, who is responsible for the vast majority of referrals made within the Practice. She often liaises with secretaries from hospitals as well as with patients regarding their referrals. If you have a query regarding your referral please do not hesitate to contact the Practice and ask to speak with Joanie, if she is not working then another member of the Admin Team will do their best to try to help you.
Ella is part of the Admin team but also has regular sessions working in Reception. Ella is responsible for: Looking after the GP rota and obtaining cover from locums when needed, registering new patients as well as deductions, assisting with the childhood immunisation clinics and liaising with Child Health, administering 6 week check/post-natal appointments, monthly recalls - sending letters to patients when they are due for contraception reviews, hypertension and diabetic reviews.
