To request a home visit, please telephone the surgery as early as possible. Please be considerate when requesting a visit. We can see 4 people in the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.
If you are very unwell but can get to the surgery, we can put you in a private room on arrival. When you ring asking for a visit, the doctor will probably want to talk to you to ascertain your needs.
The practice nurses have appointments available most mornings, afternoons and one evening. To make an appointment with the practice nurse, please telephone the surgery.
You can contact NHS Direct (0845 46 47), NHS 111 or www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk for health advice.
If you want further advice please telephone the surgery.
We will arrange for the most appropriate person to deal with your enquiry within a short time.
Some of the information that you give us about your health is recorded on the computer. The main reason for this is so that we have a complete record that helps us treat you to the best of our ability. However, a small amount of what we record is used for research into the sorts of diseases we have in our area. Information used in this way has all personal details removed. This means that it is not possible to identify any person in our practice.
If you wish to have your health information withheld from the computer record, please let your doctor know.
